Instructions

  1. Submit your web application if you haven't already done so
  2. Select your state here to get your form
  3. Submit the form in one of two ways:
    • Email it to web_orders@tripar.com
      • In the subject, please put: Attention: Web Application Ref #[Your Application Number]
    • Fax it to (800) 648-9015
      • Please include the note: Attention: Web Application Ref #[Your Application Number]
  4. Check your email for your account activation notice, typically within 1 business day
    • Please check your JUNK/SPAM folders in your email for correspondence sent by tripar.com. If you don't receive your account activation notice after 1 business day, try logging in anyway. Should you have any questions or comments, please call customer service at (800) 222-1142 between 8:30AM-5PM CST.
Why Does Tripar Require This Information?

Given the frequent changes in the marketplace and technology, there are many instances where businesses can operate without filing the appropriate tax and business registrations. We therefore must request confirmation of your resale tax ID certificate. For those states that do not issue them, a copy of your business registration or your FEIN certificate will be required.
