  • Customer service is limited please call (800) 222-1142 and leave a message at ext X2200. Your call will be returned that day or the following business day.
  • Deliveries on Friday by appointment ONLY
  • Most staff is working remotely and will respond via email.
Masks & Appointments
Though the CDC has stated masks are no longer required for those who are vaccinated, Tripar is currently adhering to the safest health protocols, which includes masks for all employees and visitors. Tripar will continue to require masks regardless of vaccination status and the relaxing of state mandates in our office and warehouse facilities until further notice.
Tripar is currently requiring masks for:
  • Trucking Carriers
  • Customer Pick-Ups
  • All Visitors (by appointment only)
  • Employees when not at their desks

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak our focus is, as always, on the health and safety of our employees, customers and communities. We work tirelessly to make sure that the products you love are available and delivered in the safest way possible. Please note the following regarding our service:

  • Tripar associates are following recommended workplace strategies outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health authorities. We are limiting travel and office meetings as well as setting up for remote working if necessary.

  • From time to time, a team member may not be available due to quarantine or exposure risk.

  • Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at sales@tripar.com and we will address your needs as quickly as possible. If you need to leave a message, please do so at our customer service extension 2200.
