Important Information
- Opening Order is $100. Credit Card payment required for initial order
- Merchandise and freight are charged at the time of shipment
- Reorder minimum is $75
- Freight Charges apply to all back orders
- Backorders under $40 will be canceled
- Prices are wholesale and subject to change without notice
- Purchaser must be a registered business
- Merchandise is for resale
- Item quantities must meet minimum pack size
- Copy of resale certificate, exempt sales certificate and business registration is required
- Sales tax may be applicable on some orders.
Minimum Advertised Price - MAP Policy
- The Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) is the minimum amount that resellers may advertise products for.
- Intentional or repeated failure to abide by this policy will result in termination of dealership or sales representatives.
Open Terms
- To request open terms on subsequent orders, submit a completed Tripar Credit Application
- Open terms are subject to credit approval
- Accounts are liable for all costs incurred in collection process
- Discounts are contingent upon receiving payment within terms and will be reversed if payment is not received by due date
International Accounts
- Open terms or payment by credit card are not available for international accounts
- Wire Transfer or ACH payment in US Dollars prior to shipment
- If you are located in a country in which Tripar has a distributor available; you must purchase through our distributors
- Accounts shipping to a domestic location but have a final destination outside the USA need to apply as an international account.

PRICES & DISCOUNTS
- Freight discounts are not valid for orders shipping outside the Continental US
- Sale items are net prices and are not eligible for additional order discounts
- Prices subject to change without notice
CANCELLATIONS
- Please make cancellations promptly
- Cancellations received while product is in transit are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all freight costs
DEFECTIVE | DAMAGED | MISSING MERCHANDISE
- DO NOT REFUSE DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
- Call/e-mail Tripar: 800-222-1142, support@tripar.com
- Report all claims within 5 business days
- Email pictures of the full item and a close-up of the damaged/defective area
- Include in the email your business name, address, contact information, order or invoice#
- Do not discard the packaging. We may need codes from packaging for reconciliation or vendor information.
- Do not return merchandise without authorization. Packaging may be reused for returning the product to Tripar.
- Return within 10 days of the authorization.
- Customers using their own carrier will be responsible for filing the claim directly with the carrier.
TRUCK SHIPMENTS RECEIVED DAMAGED
- DO NOT REFUSE DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
- Call the carrier within 24 hrs. to request an inspection.
- Note on both copies of the bill of lading “DAMAGED”. If there is no indication on the Bill of Lading of a shortage or damage there is no proof allowing a claim to be filed.
- If you are unable to inspect the shipment at the time of delivery note on the BOL: “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR CONCEALED DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES”. Ask the driver to sign both copies of the BOL (yours and his).
- Tripar shrink wraps each pallet, please note on a BOL if a pallet arrives unwrapped.
- Take photos of the pallets, boxes, and the damage. If possible, take close-up pictures while the pallets/boxes are still on the trailer. Include photos of the truck and license plate.
- Additional freight charges will apply to refused returned goods.

GENERAL RETURNS
- Call/e-mail Tripar: 800-222-1142, support@tripar.com for authorization
- Returns are accepted if they have been in your possession for LESS than 15 days.
- Returns are to be in the original carton and in new, sellable condition, and free from price stickers.
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
- Items returned not in sellable condition are not refundable.
- The customer is responsible for the return charges including shipping and call tag charges.
- Return within 10 days of the authorization.
- Special and custom orders, closeouts, and used items are not returnable or refundable.
DELIVERY TERMS AND SHIPPING CHARGES
- All prices are FOB Roselle, Illinois, USA and subject to change without notice
- Freight costs will be added to your invoice at the time of shipment
- Tripar's preferred carrier is UPS
- Truck shipments are made when orders exceed UPS ground limits on size or weight
- Truck Shipments require a loading dock tailgate service applies
- If customer chooses to use their own account for truck orders or any freight carrier that does not have a pallet trading program with Tripar an $13.00/ pallet fee will apply
- Upon request, we offer Next Day, Second Day, and Third Day deliveries at your expense. Additional fees for same day rush shipments may apply.

E-Commerce Reseller Policy
Tripar is committed to working with customers to facilitate the sale of Tripar products through E-Commerce channels. Tripar maintains an E-Commerce Authorized Reseller Policy to protect Tripar's brand and intellectual property, as well as authorize Tripar's channel partners. This E-Commerce Reseller Policy is also in place to protect end customers, ensuring they receive accurate product information, pricing, and warranty protection that meets Tripar's standards. The policy ensures fair competition among resellers as well as supports those who have invested in stocking and marketing Tripar products.
If you are interested in selling Tripar products online, please apply accordingly. If approved, prospective resellers will be offered enrollment in Tripar's Authorized Reseller Program. Tripar does not permit any resale of Tripar products without direct authorization under our Authorized Reseller Agreement and will enforce its rights against unauthorized sellers and resellers that attempt to circumvent the Authorized Reseller Agreement.
